Yoga For Athletes 4-Week Session

Then join me for our special 4-week session of Yoga for Athletes! These 60-minute classes are designed to stretch the muscles you work so hard and give your body the rest and rejuvenation time it needs between intense workouts!
The perfect blend of standing, seated and reclining yoga postures designed to lengthen the quads, hamstrings, hips and glutes. All the muscles that get tight during sports and rigorous physical activity.
Yoga for Athletes classes run Monday’s 5/1, 5/8, 5/15 and 5/22 at Colonial Fitness Center, 8pm!

Keya has been practicing yoga since 2001 when she ordered her first VHS to follow in her living room. She later began teaching and received her formal yoga training through the Himalayan Institute.
Keya is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and has been teaching both group and private sessions in large fitness centers, corporations and private residences for several years.
She currently runs the yoga programs at Colonial Fitness and Flying Hills Fitness and continues her work in corporate settings, teaching busy professionals how to use yoga as a tool to manage stress and create happier, healthier lives!
Remember onsite child care is available (yes even at 8pm), so bring the kiddos and make it a family thing!
