woman-dropped-fail-failureI talk about my life on this blog a lot, but I’m not sure if I’ve shared this little nugget with you guys.

I consider myself pretty technically challenged.  I’m the chick that won’t upgrade her phone or buy a new computer because I don’t want to deal with the new technology.

I don’t use music in my yoga classes because I really don’t want to deal with the technology of it all, even though I let people think, I’m being really “yogic” and all!

Technology really has been a rate limiting step for me in a lot of ways.  Meanwhile, I make a living marketing digital products HA!  How’s that for irony?

How can I possibly sell custom yoga classes digitally, or record FREE online yoga classes each week if I don’t know how to use technology?

Well the short answer is I DO know how to use it, I just don’t like to.

This Post is NOT About ME hating technology!  Its about US whining and complaining about all the stuff that we don’t like in our lives!

You see, I realize that my saying “I’m not good with technology” is really a self fulfilling prophecy.  That technology snags me up all the time because I’m expecting it to. I’m looking for it actually.

So my question to you mama, is what is snagging you up that YOU are actually calling forth into your experience?

Remember that the more you focus on a thing (whine about it, complain about it) you give it more and more energy to manifest its ugly little head into your life!

Are you saying things like, “my son never listens. I have to repeat myself to him all the time?”  And then, damned if he doesn’t listen and you have to repeat yourself several times?

Are you saying, “I never have time to workout and have a little me time because I have to fit in everyone else’s stuff and my needs just don’t fit in” and then BAM what a coincidence you never get your workout time in?

I get it. We all do this self sabotaging BS to ourselves. But today we are going to collectively decide to stop it right now!

Let’s tell ourselves a new story so that we can have a new and BETTER experience.

Here’s what I’ll be telling myself from here on out.

“Technology loves me!  It makes my life so much easier and I use it well.”

What NEW story are you going to tell yourself?  Tell us all about it in the comments section.
