There are many ways to improve core stability and strength in yoga and one of my favorite ways is to transition from pose to pose with little break in between. We do this all the time in our Sun Salutation A and B.  But we don’t often talk about (or practice) Sun Salutation C.  So in today’s yoga tutorial we’ll talk about the benefits of this sequence of postures and demonstrate two levels of surya namaskar C.
