As a former gymnast I love being upside down and for me there is not better sense of this inverted feeling than being in a handstands. I know. Handstand can be difficult, scary even. However they are totally “work-towards-able) when you use a prop that almost all of us have available. The wall! In this short video I’ll show you how to use the wall to slowly build your strength and confidence with half handstand.
