Join Suzanne Grant, Registered Yoga Teacher, as she shows you the powerful calming benefits of Yoga Nidra. This meditation-based sleep renewal system is useful in treating anxiety, insomnia, bad habits, hypertension, pain, self-esteem and depression.
In this 5-class session, Suzanne will teach you how Yoga Nidra can benefit you, and guide you through 45 minute Yoga Nidra practices each week and set you up to experience more peace, presence and joy in your everyday life.

All yoga classes at Colonial and Flying Hills are open to the public. No gym membership required. Child care is available onsite for $2/child for two hours
Meet The Yoga Nidra Teacher
Suzanne Grant has spent close to two thirds of her life studying yoga philosophy and its applications. She has received four teaching and facilitator certifications from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health along with personal study with the Amrit Yoga Institute and her dear yogi Shri Amritji Desai.
Yoga Nidra is her latest and most revered licensing as an Amrit Yoga Nidra facilitator. Come and experience the bliss and the personal transformation that your life has been calling you towards.
